Our Story
21 Hill Real Estate was founded by Jack Krusinski and Luke Schimpf, two close friends who discovered a shared passion for real estate and entrepreneurship while still in college.

What began as a small idea — to invest in real estate themselves and help others do the same — quickly evolved into a growing business rooted in integrity, expertise, and results.

While their classmates were sitting in lectures, Jack and Luke were walking properties, managing rehabs, and learning firsthand what it takes to buy, sell, and build value through real estate in Cleveland.

After graduation, they turned 21 Hill into a full-service brokerage and investment company. Today, the firm continues to grow under that same foundation of friendship, transparency, and community — helping homeowners, investors, and buyers achieve their goals across Northeast Ohio.

Luke Schimpf
Co-Founder, Realtor & Project Manager
Born and raised in Brecksville, Ohio, Luke graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Sales and Services Marketing. He’s completed hundreds of real estate transactions and oversees all of 21 Hill’s renovation projects, ensuring every property reaches its full potential. Luke enjoys golf, staying active, and giving back to the local community.
Jack Krusinski
Co-Founder, Realtor & Investment Specialist
A lifelong Brecksville native, Jack earned his Finance degree from Cleveland State University, where he also swam competitively. Having completed over 300 transactions, he brings deep market knowledge and a passion for helping clients achieve financial success through real estate. Outside of work, Jack enjoys swimming, fitness, and hiking throughout Northeast Ohio.
Pete Krusinski
Realtor & Investor Specialist
Born and raised in Brecksville, Pete graduated from The Ohio State University, where he swam for the university while earning his Finance degree. At 21 Hill, Pete works closely with investors and manages the company’s rental and renovation operations. He’s passionate about helping others grow their portfolios and enjoys reading, fitness, and swimming.
Karen Hetrick
Transaction Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Karen ensures every deal runs smoothly from contract to close. A former Realtor herself, she brings unmatched expertise in contracts, timelines, and client communication — making her an essential part of the 21 Hill team.
